Kalanchoe Soraya is a series of exeptionally long-lasting cut flowers. Richly flowering and delicate flowers that are shaped like roses, appear in the most beautiful pastel colors. Extremely suitable to decorate your wedding day.
The Kalanchoe as a cut flower is very strong because it is a succulent plant that originates from Madagascar, and is used to survive under harsh conditions. As a result, the flowers can go without water for a long time, even without wilting.
This Tiger® Kalanchoë series consists of varieties that are characterized by contrasting flowers with beautiful drawings, the typical dark eyes in the flowers. The powerful look of the plants fit the strong appearance of the tiger, to which it owes its name.
Founder Cor Slijkerman started in 1946 with the cultivation of vegetable crops. Later, when the first greenhouses appeared, he started growing gerberas and pot chrysanthemums. When his son Johan Slijkerman (2nd generation) took over the company, a switch to the growth of Kalanchoë was made and in 2001 he started breeding his own varieties. Nowadays, Stefan Slijkerman (3rd generation) takes the daily lead of the international operating organization.

Our team of qualified staff is working on new innovative Kalanchoë varieties, using modern techniques every day. Time and again we pioneer in creating new colours,
new cultivation methods and a better shelf life. We have varieties suitable for different pot sizes and climate circumstances, providing growers worldwide a distinctive
assortment.
Youngplants
We have over 35 years of experience in selection and cultivation of Kalanchoë cuttings. We produce our cuttings at several production sites all across the world, with
respect to our people and the planet. This provides our customers a good start of the growth with fresh quality cuttings at anyplace, anytime.
Production
We produce flowering Kalanchoë in a highly automated greenhouse of 50.000 m2 in The Netherlands. We do this in a sustainable way, for which we make use of biological crop protection. As a result, we are MPS Product Proof certified. Our production facility gives growers the opportunity to experience our varieties in a practical environment.
